They are most professional, able to combine a thorough understanding of the theory and principles involved with rapid and direct troubleshooting and cost-effective repair. Tony Picou has never let us down. Though we live a ways from his home base, he will provide quick and caring service. He has installed a new system in an out-building office for us -- has worked flawlessly. His knowledge of system design was evident as he sized the installation. Big Chill has made at least two service calls for existing systems (provided by others) in our house, and we are completely satisfied -- most importantly, the systems stayed fixed. Cost was reasonable, options were explained thoroughly before we had to commit to the repair cost. Tony knows quality and industry standards for equipment and installation, and is careful to follow these. As an indication of his service attitude, on this past Christmas eve, when our heat went out, he took the call and walked us through some things to try.
