Owner Biography

Tony Picou is the owner and operator of Big Chill Air Conditioning and Heating. He is licensed by the State of Texas as an Air Condition and Refrigeration contractor and is NATE certified as an “Installation and Service Technician.” In addition he received a B.S. degree in Electrical Control Systems from the University of Houston. He has spent over 15 years as an Electrical Engineer in the petro-chemical industry and over 22 years in the Houston area in regards to air conditioning and heating, both commercial and residential. Tony was born and raised in the local Houston area and he, his wife and their three children live in Kingwood. |
